A Nigerian lady has been captured on tape venting inside a bank over a transaction on her account which was not carried out by her.
The woman expressed rage in the banking hall while lamenting over how N1 million was allegedly withdrawn from her account.
She recorded herself calling out the bank and its staff for failing to help her reverse the transaction.
According to her, the maximum amount she transacts with on her account is N150,000 per day, but over 1 million Naira was withdrawn from her account using Opay.
She said bank explained that nothing can be done about it because it has to receive directive from the head office.
